Important Date Details

Please check the email listed on your application! Very detailed information, and everything that you will need to know can be found in the email update that Megan sent.

All campers will stay at Butler Hall: at 500 North Edward Gary Street in San Marcos, TX 78666 (See map for details)

Check-in: 1-3 PM (please do not arrive early)

Check-out: 11:30 AM

If you (camper) are driving yourself to campus and will have a car on campus during the duration of camp, please mail Megan (mh86@txstate.edu) ASAP so that she will have a permit for you!

Please have an parent/guardian sign the Release Form and Tubing Consent/Pick Up Form on posted on this page.  Please bring the Original Documents to check-in.  We cannot accept scanned copies.

All payments must be made in full and tuition balances cleared at check-in.  Payments must be made in cash, check, or money order.  We do not have a way to accept cards.
